Vinitha “Viv” Robinson, JM, MPA, PHR
Founder & Principal Consultant
Virtue Resources was founded by Vinitha "Viv" Robinson, an accomplished human resources executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across government, healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofit, and multi-site organizations.
Viv holds a Juris Master in Employment Law and HR Risk Management from Florida State University College of Law, a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Her career has been dedicated to helping organizations navigate complex workplace challenges while strengthening compliance, improving employee relations, and building effective HR systems.
Throughout her career, Viv has led organizational initiatives involving workplace investigations, employee relations, policy development, classification and compensation, compliance audits, organizational restructuring, benefits administration, payroll operations, leadership coaching, and workforce strategy. She has advised executive leadership teams, elected officials, department directors, and managers on some of the most sensitive employment issues organizations face.
Her perspective is shaped not only by decades of executive HR leadership but also by advanced study in employment law and firsthand experience with employment litigation. That combination provides a unique understanding of how workplace decisions affect both organizational performance and legal risk. It reinforces her commitment to helping employers resolve issues early, strengthen compliance, and create workplaces where sound leadership and thoughtful policies reduce the likelihood of costly disputes.
Viv's professional mission is to help organizations make informed employment decisions, develop strong leaders, and build workplaces grounded in integrity, accountability, and legal compliance.
